Vehicle Scrappage
You may qualify for the program if…
- You reside in the New Brunswick, and are the registered private owner of a 1995 or older car or light duty truck (not exceeding 2,721kg/6,000 lbs).
- You have not already received an incentive from the Vehicle Scrappage Program.
- You have no outstanding liens or encumbrances on the vehicle.
- Your vehicle has been registered and insured in New Brunswick for the previous 6 months*
- Your vehicle is currently registered and insured, and has a valid motor vehicle inspection sticker*
- Your vehicle is not used for business or commercial activity.
*Note: a grace period may be considered
