To Qualify

• You must reside in the Greater Fredericton, Moncton or Saint John Area, and be the registered private owner of a 1993 or older car or light duty truck (not exceeding 2,721kg/6,000 lbs).
• You have not already received an incentive from the program.
• There are no outstanding liens or encumbrances on the vehicle.
• The vehicle has been registered and insured in the designated areas for the previous 6 months. * See Note
• The vehicle is currently registered and insured, and has a valid motor vehicle inspection sticker. * See Note
• The vehicle is not used for business or commercial activity.
  *Note: a grace period may be considered

Remember: You must apply, be approved and turn in your approved vehicle before you can collect your incentive AND incentives can only be collected at participating dealers - you will be provided with specific instructions with your approval letter.
